Dani is an employment and litigation attorney with more than 20 years of experience advising national and multinational employers on workplace risk, employee relations, and employment law compliance, while also representing businesses and individuals in personal injury, premises liability, and toxic tort litigation.
Known for her thoughtful approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to helping clients solve challenges before they become legal problems, Dani partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to navigate complex employment matters, conduct workplace investigations, manage workforce restructurings, navigate leaves of absence, develop policies, and implement practical, business-focused solutions that mitigate risk and strengthen workplace culture.
In addition to her legal practice, Dani frequently speaks on leadership development, resilience, and mindful leadership, helping lawyers and other high-stress professionals build sustainable skills for managing stress and enhancing performance.
Dani earned a B.B.A. with honors in International Business and a J.D. from the University of Georgia. Her career includes practice at boutique and Am Law 100 firms, as well as serving as Assistant General Counsel for employment law at Porsche Cars North America.
Outside of work, Dani enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis, swimming, yoga and being with her two sons and labradoodle.
