Chad Brock is a Partner at Lavender Hoffman Emery, where his practice focuses on insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation. He represents insurers and policyholders in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including motor vehicle liability, premises liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and disputes involving first-party coverage and bad faith allegations. Earlier in his career, Chad was a litigation associate at an insurance defense firm, where he represented both insurers and insureds throughout Georgia. He also previously served as a staff attorney for the ACLU of Georgia and an attorney advisor with the Social Security Administration.
